A plan description, booking confirmation, or signed agreement may contain additional terms. When a specific written term differs from this general policy, the specific term controls.
Health and Safety
Tell your trainer about relevant injuries, conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, pain, and movement restrictions before training. Keep this information current in My Info. A trainer may pause or modify activity and may request medical clearance when reasonably necessary for safety.
Personal training is not medical care. Stop immediately and tell your trainer if you feel unusual pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, or another concerning symptom. Call 911 for an emergency.
Appointments, Changes, and No-Shows
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice, a missed appointment, or arrival too late to safely complete the session may count as a used session.
We may waive a charge or restore a session for a documented emergency or at our reasonable discretion. If E-Team Fitness or the trainer cancels, the session will not be deducted and we will offer rescheduling. A different rule displayed during booking or included in a signed agreement controls.
Late Arrival
Sessions generally end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting the next member. A trainer may shorten, modify, or decline a session when late arrival leaves insufficient time to train safely. The session may still count as used.
Monthly Memberships
Included sessions are available during the billing period shown in the member account. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period unless the applicable plan or a written exception states that they roll over. Membership access and benefits apply only to the enrolled member and may not be transferred.
Extra sessions are charged at the rate shown in the member account or confirmed before purchase. A requested extra session is not added to the available balance until payment is confirmed.
Membership Cancellation
Members may schedule cancellation from the Membership page in the member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. Members may reverse a scheduled cancellation before it becomes effective.
Monthly charges already paid are not prorated or refunded solely because sessions were unused, except where required by law or approved in writing. Cancellation does not erase an unpaid balance incurred before the effective date.
Trainers and Locations
Trainer and location availability may change. If an assigned trainer becomes unavailable, we may offer another qualified trainer, a different time, or another location. Members may request a trainer preference, but a specific trainer is not guaranteed unless confirmed for the appointment.
Training Videos and Programs
Training videos and written plans are educational resources for the member to whom they are assigned. Follow modifications and safety instructions from your trainer. Do not perform an exercise that conflicts with medical advice, causes pain, or is inappropriate for your environment or equipment.
Membership-only content may not be downloaded, recorded, shared, or redistributed. Access ends when the qualifying membership or account access ends.
Nutrition Guidance
Meal plans and nutrition guidance are general wellness education and are not medical nutrition therapy. Members with allergies, eating disorders, metabolic conditions, pregnancy, or other clinical needs should work with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional or registered dietitian.
Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
Unless an item is marked final sale, unused and unworn merchandise with original tags may be requested for return or exchange within 14 days after pickup or delivery. Items must be in resalable condition. Personalized items, opened hygiene-sensitive products, digital products, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective or required by law.
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within seven days and include the order reference and photographs when available. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable. Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Facility and Community Conduct
Members and guests must follow facility rules, use equipment responsibly, wear suitable attire, respect privacy, and treat staff and other members professionally. Threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or destructive behavior may result in removal or suspension without limiting other available remedies.
